Magic of Master Sauces

In our cooking, we have made the preparing of the Master Sauces a separate step. Once prepared, we suggest freezing the sauce in ice trays or muffin pans; the sauce is now ready for use. When ready to cook, thaw the appropriate quantity of the needed sauce, see which vegetables, meat, or seafood ingredients are at hand, then in few minutes the dinner is ready.
In order to create a variety of dishes, we have developed ten Master Sauces, seven of which are of no-cook style – where you simply combine the appropriate ingredients, and the sauce is ready for use. The French Master Sauce is under development.
Starting January 2018, each month we will release a set of recipes for the respective sauce in the list below. All downloads are free of cost, we do suggest a small donation to help us meet our mission to EndLocalHunger™.
